This course is ideal for absolute beginners with little to no prior calisthenics experience, or individuals looking to refine their foundational strength and technique. It's also perfect for gym-goers who want to integrate bodyweight training into their routine and systematically progress towards advanced skills.
This is a self-paced course, allowing you to learn at your own speed. While the core content can be covered in 8-12 weeks with consistent practice, true mastery will develop over months as you apply the principles and progress through the exercises.
No prior experience is necessary! This course is specifically designed for beginners, starting with the absolute fundamentals. We'll guide you step-by-step, ensuring you build a strong and safe foundation.
Upon completion, you will have a strong foundation in bodyweight training, capable of performing perfect push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and core exercises. You'll also understand how to safely begin training for more advanced skills like handstands and muscle-ups, equipped with a personalized progression plan.
You'll primarily need a sturdy pull-up bar. Additionally, a set of parallel bars (or parallettes) and resistance bands can be beneficial but are not strictly essential for the initial stages. Many exercises can be done with just your body and a floor!
